NEA Baptist Clinic Occupational Medicine

Referral for therapy sent to them July 1st, never called me for a month. Finally had to have my Surgeon who is at NEA by the way refer me to St Bernard’s for therapy instead and they called me same day and was in therapy next day!

Receptionist and NP were very rude. Billie, the NP, complained that she may not be paid for my visit due to me having a beard and failing my mask fit test. Also on Tuesday this week they canceled my appointment 10 minutes before it was supposed to start. Very unprofessional. I could honestly go on and on about how rude and disrespectful they are.

VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! ITS 20 DEGREES OUTSIDE AND FORCING MY ELEMENTRY AGE CHILD TO WAIT IN THW CAR!!!! INFORM PARENTS!!!! I CALLED THEY SAID NOTHING! NOTHING SCHOOL HAS BEEN OUT DUE TO WEATHER ALL WEEK! COME ON PPL! SHE COULDN'T EVEN WAIT IN THE LOBBY!!!! M
