The staff is incredible. The process itself is quite painful, but so worth it. And I never feel judged for being a baby about it hurting. The workers are patient with me and just kind in general. It doesn’t feel like they’re just doing their job and trying to get me to spend more. And the lifetime guarantee at any Milan, anywhere, is amazing.

The staff is excellent and very knowledgeable. The client specialist, Abbie, is so helpful and nice! The nurse helps me be as comfortable as I can be and takes care of me. I trust them over anyone else!
