I am Proud to write this post. I recently took my daughters Chromebook to pc doc in Jonesboro and they said it cant be fixed, and started to try to sell me another laptop. Something inside me said go get a second opinion. So I took it to k13 computers and it was fixed and wasn’t expensive to repair. It was quick that is where I will be taking my laptops when I need it repaired so happy I went with my instincts.

I took my brand new, and expensive GPU in today because the middle fan was making a very loud rattling noise. I was worried it was a bearing issue or something bad, and it turned out to just be a sticker from one of the other fans that had gotten pulled off and sucked into my middle fan causing the noise. They helped me out, and saved me a lot of money.
