I had the pleasure of dealing with Jacob in the Mayflower location. He was quick to respond to check our old 1 ton unit. We knew it was on its last leg, so we had him put in a new 2-ton Carrier. I got a good price and fast service. They even cleaned up after themselves. (He did move a couple pieces of furniture out of the way to get to the furnace - he put them back in the exact same spot.) He has since starting working on our neighbors units.
