My AC froze up overnight and I woke up to water all over my floor. I called the company Sunday morning and they sent out Mr. Winn the same day. He was outstanding from start to finish.
He diagnosed the issue within about 20 minutes, explained everything clearly, and found that a safety switch and drain channel were not working properly. He replaced and fixed everything, and had my AC back up and running within an hour.
Professional, knowledgeable, honest, and efficient. You can tell he truly cares about doing the job right and taking care of customers. Highly recommend Mr. Winn and this company for any HVAC needs!
Ok let me set the scene for you. I bought my house 4yrs ago. Had no issues with heat and air until year 2. Had it repaired with a previous company. All was good. Than year 3 it was having even worse issues. Had it replaced and got what I thought was a great deal from this other company. Now year 4 had trouble in the middle of a snow storm. Called and was told they would be out in a few days, never showed up. Started calling again and no answer. Sent texts no response. Finally after 2 weeks I get a response. They look at it and tell me they cant honor the warranty due to new laws with my current unit. Quoted minimum $10K to replace my unit. 🤯 Something didnt seem right...read full review
