I always love coming to Great Clips for my hair cut. They are all so pleasant and take notes on how I like it cut and it looks great when finished. My hair stylist was Ashley and I just love the way she cuts my hair. I have natural curly in the back and she does so well cutting it. All of their stylist do well and this is an affordable salon that me as a senior can afford.
Ashley, she cut my hair upon request that I was going to the head surgery and for that, I will need extra small hair !! She made it happen and asked me to let her know how the surgery went. I called and let her know that the surgery went well and I’m still recovering from it.

Edit: I emailed customer service at the email address provided. They forwarded my message to the manager. She got us in at the Hilltop location today with Jamie, who got his hair fixed. I'll change my review from one star to three for the great customer service. Thank you, Kathy, for making it right!My son got his hair cut here today. The pictures don't do justice to how uneven his hair is. One side seems ok. The other side is way longer and super uneven. I can't even explain just how bad this is. His dad took him and I don't know if he didn't notice or didn't care. But he paid $17 for this atrocity!!! I wish I knew the woman's name. I would recommend going elsewhere...read full review
