My son had his FIRST haircut this week! The team was very gentle and kind with him, and patient with his hesitation! We got the exact cut we asked for, and pretty quickly at a great price! They even gave us a lock of one of his curls without me asking! :')

This is the reference I had and asked many times if she could do it. During consult I made it very cleary bangs were to be side swept deep and to make sure they are long like the picture. She literally did a hack job. She laughed and got a boss. Rather than a senior stylist taking over they just said hair cut is free. I grew my hair for a year and this was for my 40th. I have word of mouth and will be using it. Y'all disgust me w the way you handled it. Bad customer service**Correction. I changed from 1 star to 5 bc of the GM and Jaime.
