My wife, son, daughter and myself have witnessed through all these years how the new technology has been improving with this field and with that the new equipment Dr Fletcher has upgraded his office in order to prescribe the most precise lens or treatment for us. Entered office for the first time, and was greeted by a very friendly associate. She was knowledgeable and professional, and moved the check in process along expeditiously. Into the exam room we went right away. Shortly after, Dr. Fletcher came in, introduced himself, and began the most thorough exam I have ever had. He was very friendly, yet was applying his expertise to make sure I received the best results possible. After the exam concluded, he worked with me to pick out the proper frame, and explained the additional features that can be added to the lenses. I really liked Dr. Flecther. He asked all the appropriate questions. Explained each step of the procedure that he was doing and what it was for. He answered any questions that I had in a manner that I could understand. He done a whole better than the last eye doctor I went too. I give him two thumbs up and a 10
