Highly recommend! It took S E V E N days on the market for our house to go under contract, and now we've officially closed with David. So thorough, and always made sure we weren't being taken advantage of. Excellent choice in a realtor!

David genuinely seems to care for his clients and is always will to do the little bit extra that's needed to keep the deal moving along.He works hard for his clients and is willing to go the extra mile to make things happen! David never rushes the inspection process, understands the issues that come up during an inspection and is right there to help the buyer understand what is major and what is a minor issue.

This man will bend over backwards to help you out, even If theres nothing in it for him he will do what he can to help out. I can clearly see why hes #1 amazing person
