Was referred to Mr. Sharp by an acquaintance of ours. After getting several other quotes that ranged from outrageous to downright insulting. He took the time to take a detailed look at my roof, and surprisingly said you could get by with some repairs and get several more years out it before replacing it. Out of half a dozen roofer he’s the only one who suggested that. While I appreciate his honesty our old roof was ugly. We also need a new roof over our new patio, he suggested a gable roof instead of a flat roof. His suggestion changed the entire look of our backyard and the back our house, which was very plan Jane. I was dreading making a weather claim on our home because of the stress that comes with insurance and contractor.
Keith, Lyndsy, and the crew have been beyond amazing to work with. They’ve taken care of absolutely everything. He came out to my home and inspected the roof the day I called the office. Once the claim was approved they were out first thing the following morning and got to work! They’ve left my yard spotless after every visit and got my cameras lined back out where I needed them. They were all extremely polite throughout the entire process.
I was blown away by their work!! They went above and beyond, not only with the quality of work but also with the customer service. Most roofing companies around here do not do that and only do the bare minimum. Our roof looks EXCEPTIONAL and we know it was done right. We would recommend them to anyone!!
