Got my taxes done by Bowden’s secretary back on 2020. The IRS just sent a letter saying they received my check but my taxes were never filed. This is the second time they contacted me. Last year, she said she would send it in to the IRS. Not sure if this is the same year or they failed to turn my taxes in twice!!! Now no one answers the phone.
