Idk what people are talking about with the phone number issue- I called once, and made the appointment for next day. No run around?I’ve been using this place for literal YEARS because their selection of frames and their ability to handle my extreme nearsighted prescription. Success Vision won’t even handle it. As for a rude desk guy? He’s prim and proper, maybe, but as long as you’re nice he’s nice too. Never had any problems and as not fun as the eye exam may be(dilation, air jets lol) it’s never caused me pain or side effects. So I’m happy.

The licensed technicians are very friendly and helpful! Trying to find the perfect frames by yourself isn't always easy. They made this task less daunting by answering all of my questions while allowing me to try on a plethora of frames, offering their honest opinions about each one. With their help, I was able to find the perfect frames in less time than ever before.
