Ive been a patient in this clinic for many years. But when my pcp suddenly retired in decided to stay with the clinic because my entire medical record was there. In 2024 I was diagnosed with malignant melanoma and my oncologist was asking for my pcp. I called and they pointed me towards Dr Firmatura. I like his personality and his bedside manner as a registered nurse of 26 years myself I appreciate his respect for me as a nurse and me as a patient he listens to everything I say and takes it all in makes sure I fully understand his diagnosis and his plan. Dr Jones and his staff are fabulous !
They were very courteous, professional. They did a great job working up my husband‘s concerns. Greatly appreciate the care they rendered to him.
His nurse is the best thing since sliced bread❤️
I recently wrote a bad review about Doctor Firmatura, this review was based from uninformed and premature information and was wrong.
I can only apologize to the doctor and wish him and his staff well.
