Automatic evaluation fee to walk in the door. Two evaluation fees week or so apart. They claim it is acceptable, and it may be. However, it doesn't make it ethical. If you have awesome insurance, I am sure they are great! Out of pocket or limited coverage can be a financial burden due to "acceptable" practices.

I left my first visit there and everyone was very kind and professional. I met with Molly and we got a plan together quick and easy. Even as I waited all of the staff who walked past me, greeted me. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Everyone at Cooper Dentistry are excellent, friendly, and answer all my questions. My teeth feel so good now and I love my smile ? Molly is wonderful, very professional and upbeat.
