We’ve been working for 2 months with another company to get our furnace repaired. When we called Comfort Concepts, they came out and made the repair within 24 hours. The price was also less than the other company quoted us. The technician was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen to our concerns and explain why our particular furnace may be having the problems it’s having. Overall, this was a great experience with Comfort Concepts. We should have called them first.

Our system was 23 yrs old...Chris and Scott where great at explaining the different heat/air systems available along with pricing. Since we did not have heat they where quick with ordering, installing and everyone that has been at house has been polite, professional and knowledgeable of our new system...we are extremely grateful and happy ? The Miller's in Maumelle!!!

Great people. Too bad some people think that parts are always available. When in fact there not. Micayla is an awesome receptionist and very professional. I can’t say that I have any complaints. Keep up the great work.
