This place has no customer service. Since day one, I've had problems. They gave me the wrong keys at first and I had to drive all the way back down there to get them after they argued t was the right key and I just didn't know how to use it. They wouldn't have someone drive there as it was their fault that it wasn't the right key. My garbage disposal was not hooked up, and the wiring was backward. They sent me videos on how to use a garbage disposal. Again I told them it was not even connected and that the marks are even still on it to show that needed to be done and it shouldnt have passed inspection finally after having to send a picture to them they sent someone. The house was not inspected at all as the house was breaking apart structurally, and this was a brand new house when i moved in. Due to its unfinished structure, there is a huse crack in the walls across the whole house. The ground is uneven, and the floor is cracking apart. They send wrong info all the time stating you owe when you don't or that you will be having a walk through the following week. On top of that if you are one day late on your rent (mine is usually on autopay and I guess it wasn't all of a sudden.) They will charge you $100 send you an eviction notice and charge another $10 after until it's paid. They make sure to wait to send a reminder days after it's due. I called thinking my rent went up and Shelly was the rudest person and I ending up not even getting the explaining because I told her I was going to hang up and call back later to speak to someone else instead of ruining mine and her day by going off on her. The work orders you have to put in to get any work done take forever if they even respond. Don't rent from them. They are definitely unpleasant to work with, and they will not help you in any manner. They just look for those $$$$. Don't get me wrong. I have had a couple of very genuine and friendly people who work there. Good luck getting one, though you don't have one specific person who handles your account.
Edit to add: the house i was renting the owners decided to sell it. As I'm looking for a place to live a realtor wants to come in and take pics. Dealing with the realtor was a headache. She was pushy and demanding and straight rude. She changed the tome on me so the house wasn't completely to their preference. I called century 21 and told them about her and apologized that the pics wouldn't be prestige. The girl said she understood and that she had been having problems with the realtor as well and made it seem like she was on my side. Even went as far as to say I had been such a great tenant they didn't want to lose me. The realtor showed up was completely snobby about the house and said she would come back. But yet still took pics of a house that she didn't like the way it looked. Not to mention she didn't even walk into the master bedroom, bathroom, and closet. Then takes off and text me saying she's not coming back she will wait. Then I get this 1 week later. This is dated the day after the realtor came. Do not use these people. Horrible all the way around.

I should have read the reviews before I applied and wasted $100. The lady at the front desk took cash application fee that should have been my first warning sign and told me it would be a week before my back ground would clear that was I lie. I received a call to call them back the next day for the lady to tell me I didn’t get the place because of something on my rental history from another state 5 years ago. They charge an enormous amount of money for these places that are old and outdated.. Maddie decided to tell me she would text me a place to try for less fortunate renters. Another place to give all of your private info to so they can sale your info and have all these spam calls sent to your e-mail and phone. I’m so over these Arkansas people…… It should be against the law to take several applications and keep the fees paid. What about the other person that applied when I did he did not get a response either way. He lost his $50 with no response how is that fair?
