About The Arlington Bathhouse
The Thermal Bathhouse and Spa at the Arlington is a historic gem that offers a unique experience. The hotel's Thermal Water Spa allows guests to bathe in hot spring water, and services include baths, massages, sauna, and more. Guests can request "The Works" to get the full 1920's bathhouse experience. The hotel's lobby, and lobby bar are fantastic, with excellent service and a great atmosphere. The downstairs shoppe features a local ice cream parlor, an independent bookstore, a record store, and a barber shop, giving it a great feel. The veranda around the hotel is also amazing, perfect for enjoying a drink and taking in the setting. However, the hotel's rooms and facilities are in need of renovation. Guests have reported peeling paint and plaster, chipped and tile in the bathhouse, and rusty fixtures in the bathrooms. The carpets are stained and uncomfortable to walk on, and the beds are old and dip in the middle. The TV and coffee maker didn't work, and room service was slow to pick up breakfast items. Despite these issues, the hotel's location is unbeatable, and its brunches and buffet meals are excellent. The nighttime lobby entertainment is also fun, and the hotel's historic charm is still evident. With some much-needed renovations, the hotel could return to its former glory and charge premium rates.
The experience was incredibly relaxing! The attendants and staff were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I was attended by Susan, and she was such a lovely person!

My mom visited this bath house in the past and raved about it! We went for Mother's Day and I was pleasantly surprised! Now the aesthetic isn't what I'd normally go for, but I understand the bathhouse's history. Booking was easy and smooth. We missed our 15 minute grace period for our appointments, but they were very accommodating. I received a massage from Karen and the experience was a 10/10! Good massage, but even better interaction. My facial was amazing! The hot towel and mini massage sealed the deal. Everyone was so kind and great at their job. I would actually recommend. & We will be returning.
