It was phenomenal. From the minute we walked in we were taken care of and felt welcome. It smells amazing the staff at the counter were very helpful & informative. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Im super picky & had my doubts about going to any spa during our stay, but this exceeded my expectations. I had made online reservations for a couples deeptissue massage/mineral bath, but was unsure how to put the services together the staff was very nice in helping fix that. James & orawan( sorry if I misspelled ), but they were great. They paid eyebrows to out sheets we filled out and were very attentive making sure we were comfortable the entire time while working within our restrictions and comfort level. Orawan walked in my husband's back & that was his favorite part of our entire anniversary trip lol. James made sure i was comfortable and the pressure was just right. They really went above and beyond to make it experience relaxing & comfortable. After massages we relaxed in the aromatherapy baths and ended our stay on a perfect note. Thank you so much for making our time special.
Took a friend to Thai-Me today for a 20 min massage….I couldn’t get her to commit to any longer as it was her first professional massage and she “wasn’t sure she’d like it”. Well, she did, lol. As always, the atmosphere was soothing and the massage was wonderful!
