Me and my husband booked the couples custom 100 minutes session and it was seriously the best couples massage we have ever had. Prices were reasonable and all staff members were great. The technique used during our massages were seriously amazing, I would highly recommend Thai Me! If we ever visit Hot Springs again, we WILL BE repeat customers!

The therapist provided excellent service, but the overall experience was disappointing. I purchased a mineral bath gift certificate for my elderly mother, who later couldn’t use it due to health concerns. Despite the circumstances, the owner refused to issue a refund, citing internal management issues. This lack of accountability speaks to a larger problem with the spa’s ownership and customer care.

100 % recommend. We enjoyed a cold plunge and hot mineral bath. Morgan the Manager was excellent and guided us to the package we wanted. No pressure to buy anything else. The staff was attentive and wonderful. There was a bible in the guest area and we used and notated scriptures in. What a great experience

I went in for a massage today and honestly left pretty disappointed. I arrived on time, but the therapist showed up late. Then she ended my session almost fifteen minutes early. I also paid extra for hot stones, but she used them for two or three minutes on just my upper back. The massage itself was good, but I was charged $140 and definitely didn’t get the full time or value I paid for. Since I drove an hour for this, I really wanted this to be a relaxing experience, but it just felt like I got shorted on both time and money.

absolutely horrible food!!!! We came in yesterday and we had four of us absolutely starving and we ordered their flatbread pizza and fries with cheese and it was so cold. We couldn’t even eat it. He had shut his ovens off, so therefore it wasn’t even ready for food to be cooked by the time he put our food in -very Disappointing. The gentleman was sweet enough to give each of us a scoop of ice cream for an our wait. I thought that was very sweet. But the fact that I’ve paid $42 for one little bucket of fries and a flatbread pizza and some drinks was absolutely ridiculous and not worth it I would highly recommend going anywhere else to eat.

Excellent massage. I went in with severe back, shoulder, and neck pain. Massage therapist was very professional, continued to make sure I was comfortable, and was receptive to feedback. I left feeling so much better! I will return!

Self Care is a plus in my book. Thai -Me Spa got all of my attention,🌊🍃 service was so warm welcoming ( Morgan she is so happy with her clients) hot stone rocks . Refresh, relaxing, calming,detoxing, all thats much needed to recharge ( I’m a natural girl so I won’t the much warmer tub) it did exactly wat it supposed to do 🌊 this will be on my Self Care / once or twice a year 🍃 Spa 10⭐

From an incredibly friendly receptionist who broke down all o the offerings available to help us find exactly what we were looking for to therapists who really listened and helped address all our aches and pains, the whole staff at Thai-Me demonstrated that they really care about providing their customers an exceptional experience.
