Steve and his helper did an amazing job. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and explained many things to me - about where things are routed through my house and how to prevent future back ups. He even took a peek at my dripping faucet, told me the $5 part I needed, called a local supplier to have it ready for me, and it worked! Thankful for these guys. I have needed emergency plumbing services twice when the drainage pipes became clogged in my short-term rental cottage. Roto Rooter was there for the rescue both times! They are quick and efficient. Mostly they are very reliable.
