Ian Moore responded very quickly on a Saturday afternoon when our blower on our package unit went out. I would recommend Quality Aire and him as a technician. The only reason I didn't check good value is because I did not get a second quote to compare them to but I believe the pricing is fair.Service: HVAC system repair

Got right on our travel trailer floor repair & had it ready so quickly. We had taken it to another repair place but after 2 months of waiting, was told it'd be ANOTHER 2 months!Recommend their being more forthright in their quotes. Say $3000-9000, not 3-9. Other than the high price (1600 over 1st estimate), would recommend their services.

I called with a concern with my rv heating unit. Unfortunately the unit had corrected itself by the time the tech came over. After calling they were quick to send a professional tech who was knowledgeable with my unit and offered several choices of finding the problems with my furnace. This is the second time I’ve called and been satisfied each time.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services
