I was unable to turn my neck without turning my body for almost 20 years...by my 2nd visit with Dr. Riley I have full motion again. Also unable to sit without support to my lower back but not any more! He really cares about his patients and is so very thorough and precise! The entire staff is very friendly! Really makes you feel like your family and it shows in their outstanding care!

It's been a few years ago my first experiences with this office was amazing however, it wasn't the owner. When the owner came in, the owner had different points of view that made it hard. I had a few sessions with the owner. He wanted to give his input to me and my child, I typically would not have been too concerned except there was issues with biological dad and my child. my child was not comfortable with it. he was voicing it was a sin to be a single mother and cruel to keep a child from their father no matter what. and belittled me in front of my child for this and I believe it was unprofessional in my opinion after a couple of times of seeing him (without my child) he caused more pain and I could not relax enough around him to get an accurate adjustment and not once did I receive an x-ray or true exam from him or his staff years ago.ive since learned it's customary to have x-rays and a goal in mind to continue in chiropractic care. Make sure you get an x-ray and your doctor never talks down to you!

I've been a patient of Doc Brian since the 80's. He is best! Lisa and doc Brian r the most caring and best team bar none.My sciatic curse is gone. My neck is fixed. The sciatica issue is a complex situation and takes some work.I had to crawl out of bed to the shower or tub. Couldn't sleep! Get the picture?Neck was torture.Sciatica is gone! Neck needs some help once in a while. We got my body in alignment.I stumbled into Doc Brian and Lisa.Been to a few in Hot Springs but several after moving away.Doc has the patience to get u right.Ed Short, Hot Springs, Arkansas.
