The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and took great care of me. Charlene was very helpful in the locker room area. Renee did an amazing job with my facial. Sara was a wonderful attendant for my soak experience. Robin ended the sessions with an awesome relaxing massage. I highly recommend being there early to take full advantage of a relaxing opportunity!!
Visiting a bathhouse was something I had never envisioned doing but my sisters, whom I was with for a sisters trip, wanted to do it. Stevie and Latoya were amazing and explained everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable. Every employee we encountered, was wonderful. While the bath experience wasn't enjoyable for me, the hot towels and sitz bath were very relaxing.
June 8th/9th visits. I went two days in a row, first time ever doing it. First day attendant was Mr. Ricky, he was awesome. Second day attendant was Mr. Bobby, he was fantastic. Both gentlemen have worked there 50yrs… amazing guys and super service provided. Someone need to write a book on these men.
