The staff is extremely attentive, friendly and took great care of me. Charlene was very helpful in the locker room area. Renee did an amazing job with my facial. Sara was a wonderful attendant for my soak experience. Robin ended the sessions with an awesome relaxing massage. I highly recommend being there early to take full advantage of a relaxing opportunity!!
What a wonderful experience! My attendant was Mattie. She was very professional and walked me through every step. She made sure i was comfortable throughout the process. I also enjoyed my massage from Danielle. I was sad when it was over😂 Every employee I encountered was nice and welcoming. Thank you all for making me feel rejuvenated! My first visit to Buckstaff Bathhouse was a truly welcoming and memorable experience. I highly recommend going on a Sunday—there was no wait, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My bath attendant, La Toya, was incredibly kind and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. Her warm demeanor set the tone for the rest of my visit. Following the bath, I received a massage from Elizabeth, who mentioned she had only been there for four days. Despite being new, she was very kind and welcoming. While I would have preferred a bit more pressure and a longer session, the massage was still very relaxing and pleasant. Overall, the staff made me feel valued and cared for, and I truly appreciated the hospitality. I look forward to returning in the future. Was a great experience.
