Wow. I moved from a big city and was spoiled by big city hair salons and pro colorists. THANK GOD I found Scott . He is a master - of color, cut and hair health. He took my hair from brittle tumbleweed to glorious shining beauty. I honestly don't know how he accomplished what he did in one sitting. He not only has the BEST salon in Hot Springs, but it could easily be the best salon in Dallas, L.A. or New York!

First time Scott did my hair it was beautiful. Next appointment for partial highlights, a hair cut and that blending $40 service he does , he was 1.5 hrs late to my appt. Tried texting him, over an hour later he responded he mixed time up. Ok. Then he did all the above services to my hair in 1 hr 15 minutes and it shows. My highlights were every color under the sun from red to frost white. He didn’t even cover my grey at my temples the one area that he knows is my concern. There was no paid blending used on my hair and clearly he didn’t have time to even leave the toner in long enough. Text him the next day with pics asking for it to be corrected. He had no availability and ask if I’d let Andrea do it. Who’s Andrea you are the only stylist in the entire facility where you rent a room . I told him please let me know when he could do it himself and he never got back to me . For $160 I expect my hair to not look like I did it at home . I feel like he did my hair during his lunch hour from his hourly job. It was rushed and it showed. Also my cut was ridiculous. Couldn’t even see trimming on the floor. He is a very nice guy so I hate leaving a bad review but I gave opportunity to him to correct this and it was important to him that I wasn’t happy and yes I sent him pics showing him that my highlights didn’t even come close to my hairline they looked like a job that was done two months previous and were not toned properly. Very disappointing as the first time was good. Second appt I obviously interrupted his day as before I could get in my car and leave after services he was already gone. He has the ability to do a great job but I don’t pay to be a lunch hour rush service !

I put my hair in the hands of the expert. He cut my hair and colored it and I came out of strawberry blonde. I've always had dark hair but always had red in my hair so he said I was a natural strawberry blonde and wanted to know if I was part Irish. I am. I don't know what all he did but he did say something about using a translucent something.

Scott worked his magic and totally transformed my hair—I couldn’t be happier with the result! He’s incredibly talented, listens to what you want, and brings great energy to the experience. I’m so excited he’s in town now… this is definitely my new go-to salon. Highly recommend!

I’ve lived in hot springs for 7 years and have yet to let anyone touch my hair. Scott is the BEST. First time asking for a trim and actually getting a trim! He KILLED my green peekaboo request and I’ve already received SO MANY compliments! His salon is so cute and cozy. Spending time there is just a vibe. His personality alone makes the trip worth it. Definitely check him out!
