Sales rep was great!! Shower looks good but the person who installed broke one of our water shut off valves and did not tell us. Our shower was a major remodel so we had a lot of chips in paint and scuffs on ceiling. When they called for follow up and I expressed my complaints she was quick to get off the phone and said she would follow up on that. Of course we have not heard back since I would not refer anyone to use them. Wish we had went with the first company but too late now.

We had Sarah as agent very friendly and knowledgeable about products company everything. Me and wife linda chose brachia design with brass knuckle bars and 4 shelves and bench with two grip bars .they kept us very updated up to date of install we got shane as installer he was so friendly and down to earth very impressed with his work it was a two day install we couldn't be happier about results thank you bath planet for such a professional install .

Trey was very nice to Mrs Kathy and she has been waiting to get this done for 10 years. He was very professional and she felt very comfortable with him. We will recommend him with others.

My wife and I just had the most pleasant experience spending money! The young lady was so excited and eager to help us. She went over every available option for us and helped us to find the PERFECT plan for us!! I was dreading the whole experience until she greeted us! If the shower is anything close to the initial contact, I’ll be writing and beaming again! Thank Bath Planet of Arkansas!

Very knowledgeable

Got an estimate yesterday. Price was a little higher than expecting but the photos of their work looked clean. My husband and I never make a large financial decision in the moment and when I asked how long wr had to think about it, the sales lady was extremely pushy. She even retorted back about people who dont make a decision right then usually dont come back and then when we said there was no way we were agreeing to a 20k job on the spot she called her boss who offered to take it down to 17k. Fine and dandy for a remodel and we probably would have agreed, but we felt too much pressure to go forward with this company. I understand making sales- but I am also in high dollar sales and this isn't how ya do it. Good looking work, but a pushy sales woman made us go elsewhere.

I got a walk in tub during the sale I thought I had found a really nice company. I had given them a good review but, that was before the install. I'm so disappointed I paid a lot of money,for something that turned out to be a nightmare! Poorly installed wall. If I was more savvy with this cellphone I could really show some horrible pictures. But sinceeexpensive mess. Called about the shower faucet being loose Victoria brushed me off haven't heard a thing.m yetnot . I guess This was a very expensive lesson learned. They just want your money sadly it is seniors like me that's to nice.

I have considered the correct way to review this company/product for several weeks now. Is our new shower pretty? Yes. Does it seem to work properly? Also, yes. Are we happy with the service, no. Our home has only one bathroom, so we opted for the very expensive option of having the shower replaced in one day by experts. We talked at length with the salesperson and were very happy with the planned project. However, when install day came the contractor told me that the shelf could only be hung between the studs vertically. At this point, the old tub/shower was already pulled out and I felt we had to go with the vertical alignment and not the horizontal alignment that we had agreed on with the salesperson. The contractor showed me the project notes that did not show the shelf placement, then after the project was completed, he drew the shelf in vertically while I was watching him. The other major issue was that the salesperson recommended that we have the soffit removed and we agreed. That was also not in the project notes so not only did that not happen, but they also did not install the acrylic ceiling panel that would have completed the inside of the shower. We now have to do some minor fixes to the ceiling in the shower where we had expected to be all brand new and need no additional work from us. The contractor offered to halt the project until we figured it out, but again with only one bathroom, we couldn’t wait. The contractor blamed the salesperson for not communicating properly and even said he’d be bringing the issue up at their next meeting because it happens frequently. The next day I started calling to see about getting those parts of the project either fixed or refunded, but it took a week before the owner finally contacted us. She called after 5 pm, did far more talking than listening, interrupted countless times and was overall condescending. She even stated that it was our fault the shelf wasn’t right and that the soffit wasn’t done as requested. She told us we got what we paid for but at the very least the ceiling of our shower says otherwise. She may view it as we got what we paid for, but we did not get what the salesperson told us we were getting for that price.
So would I recommend this company…cautiously I guess I would because the materials are great, and the shower is beautiful. Buyer beware though and go over every aspect of the project multiple times. Most importantly, make sure you go over every aspect and expectation you have for the project with the contractor BEFORE they even start bringing in their tools and beginning the demolition process. A few additional tips, make sure EVERYTHING that can be removed from that room is removed before they arrive because everything in that room will get dusty/dirty and their cleanup process does not include anything beyond getting their equipment out. Having an air purifier running will help with the unavoidable dust.
In conclusion, did they promise and deliver a shower remodel in a day? Yes. Does it look and work great? Yes. Did we get what we thought we were paying for. Not completely. Did they make it right? Also, no.

This company reeks of desperation. Don't let them get your number. They will hammer you with spam calls relentlessly.
I have 17 messages over 1 week. I told them repeatedly I am not interested but they still keep calling. My spam is filling up.
But...if you have a worst enemy call them and give them their number, they will hammer them.
Their tired old tactic of give us your friends numbers and we will give you a hundred dollars so we can hammer them is tacky.
