I was relatively new to Hot Springs & in need of a hair stylist. I was exceptionally lucky in finding Erica Cusanelli. She is a true professional who treats her customers with respect. She really listens to find out what you want & advises the process(es) it will take to achieve your wanted results. She offers & explains ideas she thinks will work well with your face & hair type. I accepted a few of the changes she suggested and absolutely love my hair!! One of the best cuts I have ever had!!! Erica is a joy & easy to work with! If you are looking for a stylist I highly recommend her! You will love her!

I can’t say enough good things about Chadd Bair. Not only did he do an incredible job on my hair, better than I ever could have imagined, but his energy and personality made the entire experience so special. He’s kind, funny, genuine, and truly one of those people who makes you feel seen and cared for. I felt like I was in such good hands the entire time. It’s rare to find someone this talented who also has such a kind soul. I left feeling lighter, happier, and so grateful I found him. ?
