My husband and I got a couples massage here and it was phenomenal. Joshua Barnes and Jennifer Ward were attentive and thorough. They got all the knots and the medium touch was perfect. My husband said Josh spent time working out the knots in his shoulder, neck, and back. Jennifer kneaded out the knots in my neck and shoulders as well. It was so needed. The shared building was not an issue for us at all. We were still able to fully relax and enjoy our time. We didn't hear any additional noise. This may vary depending on the time of year you go and how busy the docks are. But for us, it was just wonderful. We will definitely be coming back here. So so worth every penny....read full review

Overall great customer service. I was able to book same day services and allowed to personalize a spa package to cater to my desires. I felt like their prices were comparable to other spas in the city. There are a few reasons why I could only give them four stars, one being location. They are located on the lake, which would normally be a selling point but they share the building with a boat rental business. This shared accommodation creates quite a bit of noise pollution from boat motors, boat radios, and staff/customer conversations. I have to say that Josh Gordon does an amazing basic facial but the best part is that he was able to massage my neck knots to the point of releasing all of the tension in my neck and my head; he was relentless (in a very good way) and I am relaxed and grateful! We love this spa and come here every chance we are in town. I highly recommend this spa
