From the start to the finish our experience with Southern Floor has been second to none. Let’s start with Stephanie’s design advice. I was looking for a specific type of tile that I knew wasn’t in my budget. She found the perfect look-alike in the perfect color. And it looks so stunning installed. Then on to the flooring. First, Stephanie really educated us on the differences in different LVP collections, which helped us make an informed decision. The floor we really wanted was over budget. Way over. Very easy process of picking out new flooring with Stephanie and the installers were outstanding. Such hard workers and very quick. The quality of both the materials and the installers were Outstanding. Great Job!!!! I would hire them again in the future.
Great experience, from start to finish! Had a rush job to replace a bedroom's carpet after water damage. The Sales Specialist went out of his way to get us scheduled for a quick install, which was handled professionally by the installation team. They even helped putting the furniture back in place.
