Could not be more thankful for this place! I had the biggest scare with my dog yesterday while we were on the lake and the closest emergency vet on Memorial Day Weekend was him an hour away. We rushed there as fast as possible and they helped right away. 24 hours later and Cowboy is back to normal. The fees for an emergency visit, X-rays, treatments and blood work was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I implore you to never bring your animals here. Dr (not sure that’s even an appropriate title) Zepecki not only has been in front of the medical board for very serious accusations but also treats other veterinary clinics horribly. My regular vet called to get records for my dog (on speaker in front of me) because I was unable to and not only did he refuse to send them the medical records, he was also abhorrently rude to them. They asked how he was before requesting records to which he said “you don’t really care.” Then said he knew what the receptionist did for a living and what she was “really about”. Then yelled at her that the owner had to call for records. Imagine my surprise when I call from someone’s personal phone to request records for my own animal, he was extremely polite and more than willing to send the records they needed. Please do not trust this man with any animal you care for.

This man is an idiot and a quack! My 7 lbs shitzu went in for diarrhea and came out 3 days later with her eye out of the socket and infected! He kept telling me She needed to stay on her but her diarrhea was under control (he was obviously trying to fix the eye before I picked her up) He said she scratched it!! I had to take her to LR emergency vet and the eye had to be removed due to trauma! I have reported him to the board of veterinarians. And I am looking for attorney recommendations. He should NOT be in practice!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our hen had a fishing hook stuck in her eyelid. I didn't want to rip it out with pliers and cause her more distress, and since she's a family pet, took her in to this place. Vet didn't give a crap, took a picture of the hook and then ripped it out with pliers. Charged $65 for "Dr Examination" and another $22.00 to "Remove fb.External". What a joke! He was also an ass, and we felt sorry for the vet techs who seemed to know more than he did. I would avoid this place all together. Will be searching for a different emergency vet, because this guy seems to have gotten his license off of YouTube but wants professional pay for his lacking services. Wish I had researched the reviews here sooner! Save your animal and avoid this place at all costs, or you may just lose your fur baby after reading the other reviews.

This man saved my dog. I was in from out of town with my family when my dog went lame, wouldn’t eat, walk, move. I brought the dog in thinking we would have to put her down. Nope! The vet saved her life by calmly doing what looked like Chiropractic work on her. That night she was up walking and eating. Two weeks later she’s running around like normal.

Photos are misleading.Called to ask some questions about my pet dog .ratchi. His breed name which is a ChihuahuaRat terrier mix whom I believe is sick, I ask the lady on the phone if they actually service dogs and she says no only horses but your google photos shows you service dogs and etc etc?

Took Odin in for difficulty uriating. He was x rayed catheterized and given medication. Dr stated no stones. Was taken to regular vet a couple of days later. Xrays sent to my vet were unreadable, the were unsure why he was prescribed the specific medication to treat uti. Xray retaken showing bladder full of stones. Surgery was required to remove. Would have given no stars if possible.

My dog tragically passed away and it's because we wasted too much time going to this place before going to another vet for a 2nd opinion. I think the vet here is either senile or did not receive proper training. Highly recommend looking at vet clinics in town and driving a bit further...it could save your pet's life.

Stay Away! Poor customer service. I called and asked if my anxious cats could be seen before we fly 4 hours on a plane tomorrow. The lady who answered said sure! I was ready to bring them in, but she asked someone else and came back saying that I didn’t have to, which I thought was strange. I even called back and asked to clarify the address and to see if I could still come to the clinic an hour later and still wasn’t told to bring the cats in. The staff said that I should “still come be because I was just picking up medication right?” I drive an hour there and no one came to greet me and my children in the front office. We were just standing there for several minutes, so I called. I heard the phone ringing in the back and Dr. Bob answered, yelling at me saying that I should have known better and he is not going to prescribe tranquilizers (which I didn’t even ask for) for an animal he has never seen (which I agreed with as I am a health professional as well). He said he didn’t care what I said! So I leave without seeing anyone. It was a waste of 2 hours of my day that I didn’t have just to get yelled at. I saw later that I had missed a from the clinic 30 min prior, but I wasn’t able to answer due to driving. I guess it was a big miscommunication but “Dr. Bob” would have been more professional to say “I’m sorry for your time, I will re-educate my staff to make sure this doesn’t happen again”Response to his reply: This man who describes himself as a professional is lacking in that regard. God save us all for him to question my high ethics ( when he and his staff clearly suggested tranquilizers for animals that he did not even see.) License should be revoked (again apparently). Just learn to apologize and be kind then you won’t have to attempt save face later by lying on people.
