Today, I placed a call to Kennedy and Co. requesting documents to be emailed that are needed for the completion of business transactions. The receptionist assured me that she would have them sent to me today via email. Needless to say, I did not receive the documents. Had this been the first, second or even third time I had encountered problems with the customer service at this business I would not be writing this review. One example of one problem I encountered.....My exhusband and I had utilized the services of Kennedy and Co. for 4 years (2016-2019). The exhusband was able to forge my signature to tax documents for 3 of those 4 years unbeknownst to me until my divorce... read full review
