Would not recommend. Went there and asked about pricing on garden mix, had a big conversation with the woman. She quoted us $38. I asked how much we were getting for that and added "like a truck load?" She said yes and then we went back today to pick some up. Told the guy what we were there for, he loaded a scoop and then said $40. We asked where the rest was and if they were going to mix it better because it had big clumps of clay. He became overly aggressive saying that's it. Told us we were lying when we told him who we talked to because that was his wife. Well that is what his wife said. I was expecting a LOAD of dirt. Not the bottom of the truck bed to be covered. He was saying" oh you don't want to pay now?" Took a picture of our tags!!! We kept trying to pay him and he then refused and told us to leave and not come back because we were lying and his wife didnt say that. That is completely fine and we will not be back. HIS WIFE QUOTED US THE $38 for a full truck bed. I would not have returned otherwise because I was getting a FULL truck bed for $43 elsewhere. Why would I pay the same pretty much for less?!?!? We even talked to his wife about the dirt we had been getting and it's poor quality and all that. We were not in the wrong and maybe he needs to get with her about what that $40 covers and it's not a full truck bed at all! Train your workers and chill your jets.

This company was our contractor pick on our new build. We were billed for going over our allowance so I called twice trying to get the details on what we went over on and could never get a call back. Plants died and were not replaced!could not find out about warranty on plants either. Customer service is poor!

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The workers are extremely rude & no help. The owner himself is very unprofessional & rude as well. He will do whatever to rip you off. Reading all the other reviews shows I'm not the only one who had the same experience.

I wouldn’t recommend Casa Verda Landscaping.My husband bought me a Japanese Purple MapleTree Christmas.Spring time came and the tree was purple for maybe a week and it turned back green. So my husband called them about 3 or 4 times, they said that they would send someone out to come look at the treebut no one ever showed up!So we went to the center where we purchased the tree. (HWY 7 HSV)We talked to Kevin, he said he was the owner. Kevin was the rudest person I have ever met, he said that Hot Springs hasn’t had enough sun for the tree to stay purple. But no one told my husband that when he purchased the tree.I asked him; what are we suppose to do if the tree doesn’t turn purple? he replied... Hell,what am I suppose to do about it ? That’s when I asked for the manager or owner, and he said he was the owner.Very nasty and racist he said, you can dig it up and I’ll give your money back.Guess what?? I went straight home and dug it up and my husband returned it.... Kevin told my husband he didn’t want me to come back because he didn’t need my business, I’m not the one that purchased the tree, my husband did; then he made a smirk remark....( Welcome to the Village)....very rude!!!

Most of the plants looked like they were dead or dying. Seemed like we were followed around by a guy, who by the way, took the 3 plants we had in a carrier away from us to place them at the check-out building. Then we asked if they had a certain plant (spider grass) to which his reply was "I don't know anything about plants, you'd have to ask my wife". EVEN THOUGH HE had came up to us when we first got there and asked if we needed help finding anything....

If I could give zero stars I would. I was at their garden center this morning and they let a thousand dollar plus sale walk out due to their stupidity and rudeness.
