Our A/C went out on the 4th of July, the worst possible timing with the extreme heat. I placed an emergency service call to Carpenter Heating & Air, and within a short time, one of their technicians contacted me and was on the way.
He was extremely professional, arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and had our unit up and running in no time. He even took the time to show me exactly what the problem was and explain the repair.

Carpenter Heating and Air Conditioning has always been easy to work with. I called Monday morning to set up an appointment. They had a technician at my home Wednesday, and it only took him about 30 minutes to fix the problem. The company does a great job taking care of their customers.

Crew showed up right on time to replace the AC unit on our trailer. They pulled the old coil and replaced with the new one, ran new refrigerant lines, set the new compressor and charged up the system. Compressor was running right after lunch! They answered all my questions, and swept up all trash before leaving. I know a good bit about home AC units and these guys definitely knew what they were doing. Cold air from the registers now, so everyone is happy!!

What a fantastic experience. The house cools like never before and the air even feels cleaner. I have read a lot about UV lights installed in the HVAC system. Until now I was skeptical. I cannot describe the difference it has made and we are only on day one. Thanks a million Carpenter Heating & Air! Mike was a Rock Star!

I have a two time a year cleaning and maintenance package that also gets me discounts on parts if needed. They take their time and clean and check everything. They were there over an hour nothing was found. Great service.
