Arthur Patterson reminds me of an all American great guy and it was a pleasure talking with him. His home inspection was very thorough from top to bottom with a detailed report emailed to me for my records. Being out of state is no big deal , Author Patterson stayed on the phone with me for over 30 minutes walking me through his inspection and taking the time to answer all my questions. Such an intelligent professional and overall swell guy. Wow , I never knew it would be this easy. Thanks for making me feel welcome! He came in and got to work and explained everything when i had questions. He made sure he pointed out recommendations on a few small things. Very nice very personal, and very professional. If i know of anyone needing an inspection i would certainly recommend Pat!

Pat was very professional and prompt. He walked us through the entire inspection and explained all of his findings. He was incredibly thorough. The report was concise with images of his findings. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need of a home inspection. Pat will be our go to guy for all of our future home inspections.
