They should have never reopened. Worst customer service ever. No response when trying to book.

Awful and a big let down. I felt that I bathed at a motel 6 bathroom in a double tub. The massage was like getting rubbed down with sunscreen lotion. Save your time and money and go to a real Spa.

I have been calling for the past week to book an appointment, and no one is picking up the phone.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR WEBSITE WILL TELL YOU TO CALL THEIR OFFICE FOR ANY RESERVATIONS, BUT NO ONE EVER PICKS UP. I HAVE CALLED THEM LIKE 10 TIMES ALREADY. THIS PLACE IS RIDICULOUS.

We came on Sunday morning and there was a line already before they opened. Staff is very welcoming. Bring your own swimsuit and rubber flip flops. Towels are provided for free, don't forget to grab one from a shelf before entering the changing rooms. Also check the health condition requirements before visiting. They provide drinking water in the public pool area which is great. 4 pools with different temperatures.

Amazing!!! Quapaw is a historical building in hot springs over 100 years old and I just think thats so neat to see. The staff is all very friendly and respectful of privacy, the natural light in the building is to die for, I loved being upstairs for my spa services with Leah, they have this awesome giant quartz crystal as the centerpiece of the room, definitely good vibes. I feel like rest and relaxation is something Quapaw knows all about!! You do need to book in advance, and it is so worth it. Would do again! I brought my mother here as well and she said as an almost 50 year old woman, this was the first time in her life she has ever felt this relaxed!!

It was ok but if you are looking for a relaxing spa experience this is not that. My husband and I booked one of the couples private spa packages. These services take place upstairs. The lights in the waiting room are on and bright, curtains open, the desk phone is ringing nonstop and you can hear all the noises from the lobby below for the public baths. We never felt alone. We were taken to our private baths downstairs passing through the public baths with 6 other people doing the same service. While we were cooling down the staff was rushing to clean the rooms for the next group. The smell of cleaning sprays was too much. Consider waiting to shuffle through that space until your guest are finished so they can enjoy. When we went back up for our massage treatments we waited nearly 45 mins. The timing of this seems like it could be better managed. And this was for everyone. During our couples massage the lights were on and music was hardly heard. After a few minutes of my back massage my therapist left the room for 3-5 minutes. When she returned I rolled to my back and service continued. That was disappointing to not benefit from the full time I paid for. The facial was the best part. When we were done there were no showers or towels provided which were needed to clean off from all the oils and lotions used. It was a bit too greasy for my liking. I would recommend getting there early for the public baths but save your money and time (we were there over 3 hours) and do your spa services somewhere else.

Im not sure how youre supposed to be on vacation and get a massage if this place opens at 10am and the hotels make you leave at 11am. I was going to get a 2.5 hour massage but I cant have my dog in the hotel past 11 or I pay full price for another night. Every other spa opens at 8 so Im not sure why theres a lack of professional operating hours. I was really hoping to enjoy my stay here but looks like another thing on the vacation just doesnt go as planned

I was so excited to get to visit this spa for my 5th year wedding anniversary. Sadly that did not happen. After trying to call and book a couples massage, multiple times a day for 2 weeks, with no answer I gave up. Left a voicemail and never got a call back. I gladly booked with another spa who answered on the first try!

It's a waste of money for the service. Deep tissue is deep not what I got it was not worth it.
