My reservation was messed up and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Me and my daughter had the best experience!

I would like to leave a higher review because I did visit the thermal pools, but they never answer the phone. I tried calling numerous times over a few weeks and left my name and number. They never return calls or pick up the phone. I wanted to schedule a deep tissue massage (you can’t schedule this online), but sadly never got to experience it because of poor service from the front desk.

The water is chlorinated and I think it is just a pool circulating hot pool water . I think the only minerals in the water is the chlorine . I watched in awe as some Indian guy picked and cleaned his toes in one of the pools . Take a bath at home instead of spending $30 each for a dip in a hot swimming pool . I would not visit there again .

Perfection! Adrianna was PHENOMENAL! The whole experience was pure perfection! 10/10 recommend! Even my husband who is skeptical of spa experiences said it was the greatest experience!

We visited the pools only on a warm, sunny Saturday in June. Because you can't make reservations for the general area, a line started forming well before opening time.

Compared to other spas and pools, we found it nice, but it didn't quite live up to the experience the website tried to sell - maybe it would have been different had we booked the private spa treatments, as there was a noticeable vibe that staff prioritized guests with reservations.

The general changing facilities were pretty basic with only five showers, and a few areas looked a bit worn.

On the plus side, they do provide a towel when you enter and drinking water in the pool area.

Most of the early people left within an hour, and two hours after opening, there was no wait to get in at all.

    Overall I would give it a 3.5

We called repeatedly for WEEKS. These people don’t answer the phone. Go to Buckstaff where you’ll be treated like a valued customer.

What a wonderful way to experience the Hot Springs! My husband and I enjoyed the couples Seasonal Package which included a mineral bath, massage, foot scrub, and facial. Everyone was very professional and considerate. Everything was very clean and tidy. Expect a little bit of a wait between the bath and the massage, but it does allow your body to cool down and relax. Enjoy some fruit infused water or mineral water while you wait! Highly recommend!!!

My wife and I very much enjoyed the Couple's Seasonal Package. The bath was very nice in the warm spring water with the bath salts and the jetted tub. The cool towel afterwards was refreshing. Our massage ninjas (they were so quiet) Sue and Shelly applied good pressure and created a calm and relaxing environment for our massage and facial. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. I am ready for round 2!
