I went to the shop on November 21st with 2 friends. We were all super excited to see the cosmetics and oils the shop had. I had placed a order for a small vial of all of the essential oils and two things of pigments (super excited about those). The cosmetic lady also offered to check for a oil I have had a hard time finding. My friend was interested in a lip balm and was struggling with should she get it or not. She decided against it and put it back. After we left and went to a different store and my other friend went to get the car the woman accused her of stealing the lip balm. She told her exzactly where she put it back on the shelf. I called today before the lady spent her time prepping my order to let her know that I don't know if I'm comfortable doing business with someone who accuses people of theft. They woman hung up on me before I could finish speaking. I called back she avoided my call I left a message saying i hopped to have worked the issue out in a professional manner. If she could provide proof then I would personally come in and pay for the item. Yet I know for a fact she didn't steal the tester of lip balm. I personally saw her put it back.

I came in to Plenty Mystic with a full head of bright, chicken orange hair. Two boxes of bleach and toner and I was still miserable! I called into the shop and they said that not only were they able to get me in later that day, but that they have the perfect person to fix my color! Taragami covered every undesirable point of my hair and I was shocked by the results! It's perfect! She worked under two days of time crunch and challenge getting the orange out, toning the color, highlighting the blonde, then cutting and styling. Not just that, but even after giving me a perfect correction, color, and cut, she helped me out with a keratin treatment for my poor (but resilient) hair, and she even did my brows!! I don't think that I could in good conscience recommend another company in town. Their hospitality and customer service is matched not only by their location (in beautiful, historic downtown) but also by their talent and aweso me product selection! Way to go Plenty Mystic!

If you love makeup and are in hot springs this is the place to go! Best customer service experience you'll ever have and great prices. Go here every time I'm in hot springs with my best friend. We have never been disappointed. Yesterday, I walked out with the most beautiful lipstick and some glamorous lashes. Highly recommend.

I just left Plenty Mystic and I'm very happy! This is the perfect place for unique and classy makeup and other beauty products. I've shopped in the store before and tested their products and they're all wonderful. I love my fake lashes by Desiree. I've worn them on stage and they really make your eyes pop! They are for everyday wear too. The staff is very knowledge about all of the products and they are very nice and helpful. I've also had my hair styled by them and you really can't get better service or styles anywhere else. I would recommend them to anyone and I have! In love!

The most amazing customer service and fantastic products for so little money. I got 5 HIGHLY pigmented eye shadows and two pairs of super cute false eyelashes for under $30. I come here every time I'm in Hot Spring and I'm never disappointed.
