Timely service call. Found the problem quickly and ordered the part. Came back the next day and repaired it. They even noticed the fan wasn’t going when they were leaving and found a wire had vibrated off. Now we know why our electric bill was higher and it burnt up the motor.

While the technician was incredibly nice, I have a mini split that was not cooling. I called Greers to come look at it. They inspect the system and agreed that it was odd to be empty of refrigerant. That first call was over 300 dollars. A week later I’m having the same issue, this time a leak was found that was not found on the first visit and I was charged again for something missed on the first call or left with a cheaper 400+ dollar fix or nearly 5k to replace install a new unit. I really wanted to work with a smaller locally owned company but this experience has turned me away forever
