I placed an order for a bouquet of roses and chocolates to be delivered, but only the roses arrived on the requested day. I reached out to the company via Instagram to ask about the missing chocolates and to request a refund, but it's been two days and I haven't received any response.

I called five florists with a specific request. Only East End Flowers & Gifts could handle it. I had to drive a fair distance to get there, but their customer service was well worth the drive, and I got exactly what I wanted. Thank you very much!

They are courteous and conscientious and their arrangements are superb. They are always willing to help you with selection on the perfect flower or gift for whatever holiday or special occasion. I cannot say enough great things about them!
