Being a retired soldier, I seldom find products or people who can match,( much less exceed) my self imposed standards of excellence and meticulous expectations to details and professional conduct. MR. Poole and family surprised us with top quality work and expertise to a level I haven't seen since leaving the Army! I have never been so glad to have such people construct a beautifully designed and well built storm shelter. EF 5 , bring it on!!! I wish to thank the whole family for the outstanding job and friendly interaction with us. Recommendation! Only the highest for this company. Contract them to do your shelter and never have another worry.

Great People. Enjoyed working with them, they did a good job. Everything he said that he would do, he did it. I had one little thing come up. He came back and took care of it. Would hardly recommend.

We needed a new door on our storm shelter. I had called several companies and no one would help me. I finally found Tim with Little Red Storm Shelters. Tim and his crew installed a custom made door for us today. The previous door was like something you would have on your house. A knob and a deadbolt. Tim put on a steel door with 3 pins that go into the concrete like a safe door. Our family will now be safe if we need to use our storm shelter.I highly recommend this company if you need anything from a new shelter to repairs.
