I have an annual contract with Julian Heat and Air to clean & service my heat & air unit. When it was time for the semi- annual clean & service. They contacted me to set up a convenient time for them to come. They were very prompt, knowledgeable, & professional. I would recommend them to anyone.

These folks are the definition of above and beyond. I've had multiple issues with the unit at a house I bought that were related to pre-existing electrical issues in the house. Julian's team has had to come out repeatedly, and they've done so promptly and professionally. They've even had to get creative in helping solve my issues. That's how you build a loyal customer base. If you're around Greers Ferry, you can't go wrong with them.

Paid for maintenance plan. Scheduled for preseason service (clean the unit, etc). Charged over $600 for a part that costs less than $100. Return visit 3 months later says unit had not been cleaned. Owner identified a number of installation items from 5 years ago that need to be fixed, none of which were identified or mentioned in previous visit.
