These guys are great! Entire purchasing experience from showroom to delivery was exceptional. Every interaction was professional and friendly. Above and beyond. Earned our business going forward. Glad we stopped in as prices are very competitive.
I had to file a warranty claim for my refrigerator/freezer that I purchased at Lowe's. Laura, the dispatcher, was very responsive and never kept me waiting, which I very much appreciated. Craton worked on the appliance for me, and he explained everything in detail, even coming back a second day in a row when the first repair was unsuccessful to make sure it got done. I could not have asked for better customer service and would highly recommend Richardson Appliance Repair.
My wonderful Speed Queen washer needed a tweek of some sort. It would beep as if there were an unbalanced load. Ashton was prompt, courteous, diligent to figure it out. He secured a loose connection, then realized a bigger issue was the real problem. My washer better than ever! We highly recommend this young man. He is a keeper, Richardson’s Appliances!! Thank you!!
