I called Ozark Air Conditioner at 8:00 on Monday morning thinking the new blower motor I bought was going bad. They said they would try to get somebody out as soon as possible. The Techs showed up at just before noon. They found the fan blades spinning on the center section. They had one at their shop and returned and had it replaced by 3:45 PM. I have been using Ozark for 35 years, and this fantastic service is the reason! Great customer service Guys!
We had dirt, pet hair and mold and fiberglass in our ducts. I've been really sick for 3years and 4 weeks later I feel like my old self. :))A lot of hard work and replacing and servicing. They did an absolutely wonderful job. We would call no one but them, everytime. We did shop around too. They were the best and still are!!!A big shout out to Caleb Chin and Trevor, wonderful humans. Super fast response called after hrs and they called me back 1st thing the next morningWas out same day within couple hrs of calling me.Unfortunately for me it was my thermostat that was out and I checked voltage wrong with volt meter so it's cost me $100 for him to to check things out and tell me how to properly check for voltage.Would recommend them for fast responseAnd friendly tech.Most HVAC guys don't even bother to call you back these days would use again.
