Excellent service! Our air conditioning unit quit working and was blowing hot air into the house. I have breathing problems and they came quickly on an emergency call and got it running but let us know exactly what was going on. Our unit was 25 years old and needs replacement. We are having them replace the unit.
This company is GREAT! They showed up!!! Frank is Amazing he worked very hard and got my old HVAC working again I did Not think it was possible! He was very professional very nice and courteous. If in the future I need more help in his expertise I will Definitely call on him!!!

Everyone, from the nice lady who answered the phone to the nice gentleman who came to my home for the repair of my central air are great people. I bought a new unit from another company several years ago. At that time I had an unexpected bad health condition which, against my wishes, left me disabled. I had to cash in my 401k to buy a new central air unit. Not long after this purchase I received papers in the mail that the unit had been recalled. After the warranty expired and I needed a repair. The company I bought it from told me I needed to call another company. This is when I called FBR and they couldn't have been any nicer. Mr. Hale had my unit blowing cold air...read full review
