If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Everyone was so nice and attentive UNTIL the APRN came in. Kim Cudworth is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I came to establish care, and she didn’t talk about my physical health at all. Went straight into my mental health and how I need to seek behavioral help because I take seroquel and I have OCD. And she refused to prescribe ANY of my other medications. She told me that she would not prescribe an antipsychotic. After telling her I don’t take it as an antipsychotic, I take it for insomnia. She says, well I won’t refill your medication. (The other two medications I take are not antipsychotics) all other APRNs that I’ve seen have refilled it. It’s not even the fact that she said she “couldn’t” refill my meds. It’s the way she spoke to me. She talked down on me, made me feel like I was “crazy”. All she kept saying was I need to seek behavioral help over and over again. She focused on my teen years rather than my adult years. And the tone of her voice was so rude. She acted as if she was better than me. I left her room crying and all she said had to say was “I didn’t mean to hurt your feelings.” If she treats all of her patients this was, there is something seriously wrong with her approach. I’m just glad I’m mentally stable. Because if someone that was not came in there and had the appointment I did they might make a life threatening decision afterwards.

I absolutely love the staff and my doctor, Dr Phelps (and her nurse is wonderful too)! I get respectful, knowledgeable care.

I’ve only seen Dr. Phelps here so far. Love her! She is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. I have been seeing her for years and wouldn’t go to any other OBGYN in town. She’s the best.

I take my disabled friend to see Dr Angela. We LOVE her! She is so compassionate, sympathetic, she listens to everything you have to say, she is direct, she’s smart, and we think she is absolutely the best!

I've been a patient at Boston Mountain in Harrison for more than 10 years and lately I've noticed a change in their attention to my needs. Today I went in for a simple blood draw a out of town specialist wanted me to have. They called in what test they wanted to BM. I called before I went to make sure they had the order. I got there checked in there were several patients so I just stood in the back thinking they would get me in soon. Waited for 10 minutes then decided to sit. After a few minutes a young man came in and checked in waited about 5 min and got called back. I waited another 20 minutes I went up and asked if there was a better time. The receptionist said there were other patients ahead of me. With that I walked out as I had to take my wife to Springfield Dr. visit. Called and complained got a call back they said II was there for 8 minutes. Obviously the receptionist saw I was upset and obviously put down the time I left incorrectly. The office manager basically didn't believe my story saying I was there only 8 minutes. The office manager made excuses that for some reason it took a long time to get a patient blood draw and there were 3 patients ahead of me when I left. It is ridiculous that they wouldn't let me know it was going to be over a hour to get a simple blood draw and I might want to come back at another time. Very upset with the lack of customer service. A blood draw shouldn't take 1 hour it should take 15 minutes or less. I won't be recommending them anymore to my friends.

Mrs. Phelps and her obgyn staff are absolutely amazing. Mrs. Phelps is very educated and intelligent and has a great bedside manner . Mrs. Phelps and her staff called me back checked into every avenue for me , and I am no first timer :) seasoned mother. I definitely pray for her arm to heal so she can get back into delivering, would have loved to have her the whole pregnancy. Absolutely recommend Savanna Soward with Oasis Farms and Homestead. Bree is the kindest most compassionate, a woman. She definitely deserves to be in the position. She's in Angela. Is one of the most amazing knowledgeable providers? I've ever met I adore her and I feel so comfortable talking to her and she's so intelligent. I'm comfortable that she will take good care of me. These 2 women. I would like to say after a few appointments I felt better coming here and having them as my health provider although I was skeptical at first. But these people know what they are doing and are actually nice to be around. Thanks for your service to our communities.
