Ray was very knowledgeable about my dishwasher and ice maker. He was on time and polite. Explained what was wrong and ordered the parts to fix them. I definitely will use him again in the future.

I had installed a hotPoint built-in range in 1977 and the top element in the oven went out. Ray was able to get one and install in a short period of time.
