I cannot begin to express the gratitude I have for Mr. Tubbs he helped us discover devastating damage from the ice storm, has come back out to test follow up, worked with our contractor on ideas to minimize future damage and mitigate this when standard practices were not working. He’s an incredible human being!

I can't say enough about how great James was! I moved into a home a month ago and my children and I, as well as my animals have all become ill. My landlord continues to deny mold and has several other things to blame our sickness on. Well James came over and was extremely thorough! He said it would only take about 20-30 minutes but he checked every nook and cranny and found mold in places I never thought to look. He spent an hour and a half checking everything! I wasn’t able to attend our home inspection, but thanks to the detailed report from Cherokee Home Inspection LLC and James Tubbs, Licensed Master Inspector, I felt like I was right there. The photos and videos were clear, the report was easy to follow, and James took the time to answer my questions afterward. He exceeded my expectations, and I’d trust him with any of my future purchases.
