“Mark Sharp was very informative and provided easy to understand review of surgery and care necessary for our situation. He personally called the number of times to discuss our dogs surgery and expectations. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and loving towards my Jazzy. We were able to visit her afterwards and stay as long as we wanted. It was spendy but for the situation acceptable and included the needed overnight stays at Hospital. Staff called each day to update on how she was.“

Vet offices can be intimidating for my dog and for myself (it can be so expensive!!), but everyone here made my dog comfortable and discussed costs and payments with me. The staff is always incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful, and you can truly tell how much they care about the animals they treat.

Our dogs absolutely love coming here, which says so much. We also had our St. Bernard, Frieda, spayed here and had a great experience — everything was handled with professionalism, compassion, and clear communication, which made the entire process feel safe and stress-free for us as pet parents.

Kitties and Canines is always the very first place we go whenever we need any kind of veterinary care. “I cannot express my appreciation for Dr. Melanie Prewett and her wonderful staff enough! They have provided wonderful care for both of my boys. Both were anxious at their previous vet. My Giant Schnauzer especially so who had to be sedated for vaccines at his previous vet. At Massard Creek Animal Hospital, Dr. Prewett and her staff worked with my anxious pups at their own pace and helped them feel at ease. Even my GS was able to do an entire visit with vaccines, physical and blood draw without sedation.
