Wouldn’t call my insurance to verify benefits. Just kept stating that she “knew” they weren’t going to cover it. I called the number on the back of my card and they were able to verify that it was covered. I asked her to call to make sure and she insisted she knew they weren’t going to cover it. I even called back to let her know I called my insurance and said okay and still adamant about what she knew. She didn’t offer to get my scheduled appointments back. Felt kind of discriminatory. I’ll call my insurance to let them know about this so they know.

Great service and great attitudes. I loved the overall vibe of the office. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I made several trips into the office trying to get the correct contact fit for my eyes and never once did they get frustrated with me. They were always happy to help.

I have very poor vision and had struggled for years to find an affordable place that could really help me see well, until I heard about Dr. Taylor. Now I've been going to her for years and travel to see her even after moving towns away. I can see the best I have in a long time, and Tiffany and Dr. Taylor are always good for a laugh. I can't recommend Taylor Family Vision enough!

Husband and I will never use these people again. Was hoping for better Quality Care. Lady at the front desk wouldn't even look at me after I was so fed with there services they was more worried about defending themselves than helping me with the issues I was having with my new glasses. They Wanted more Money to help me!!!

Called to get a fax sent over for some glasses, had to call back a couple times due to Walmart struggling to get the fax. First receptionist was super nice and friendly..second receptionist was super rude and clearly told me “she knows how to send a fax, THANK YOU”, after me simply restating some common misunderstood mistakes that would cause it not to send, from the Walmart receptionist. Just really don’t want to return because of the unfriendly and unwelcoming vibe. Could just be me, but I never leave reviews.

If you are looking for an eye doctor this is definitely the place to go! They are super friendly there and go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with your glasses and that you have a great experience when you are there. 2nd time I have been there and I will never go anywhere else ❤️
