This place was amazing. I picked my son up from camp in Damascus and while I was there my tire went flat. Thankfully I had a friend who aired it up for me but I heard a leak in the valve stem. We were quite a ways from home so I Googled the closest tire shop, and Tim's was the closest one that was open. So we drove there as i watched our tire steadily reduce in air pressure, but thank the Good Lord we made it. As soon as the team was available they set right to work fixing my tire and they didn't even charge me. It was such a relief and a great gift all around from an unexpectedly stressful morning. My family and I will never go anywhere else!! We needed an emergency tire fixed, and a new tire put on our spare wheel. Not only did they work us in same day, they wouldn't let us pay a cent!
I just lost my job 2 days ago so I was stressing about how we were gonna pay for this, and these guys just did it all for free, just out of the kindness of their hearts.
These are some GOOD PEOPLE!!

God bless these guys!

Truly appreciate this place. After using them for last few years with no problems, we had an issue and miscommunication. When I voiced my displeasure they went above and beyond to fix it. I did not expect them to go that far in correcting it, and glad to know there are still good people you can trust to do business with! Highly recommend them.
