On‑site service save money and the finished products make customers happier. The service oriented they do lock repair with ease and an outstanding job, friendly, timely, and affordable. They are tracking misdelivered FOBS, go above and beyond for those living at the end of nowhere, and are kind, considerate, and highly recommended for anyone needing their services.
This locksmith was amazing! I have a specialty lock (Trioving) and it is difficult to get a replacement key. Thomas was able to work with his domestic distributor which saved me $46 in shipping costs (proprietary key from Norway)! He communicated very well throughout the process and was very accommodating. His expertise was evident. I had called several other locksmiths who will not work on a 6-pin lock. Replacing this lock would have cost $1,000 because it is a high security (pick & drill resistant) marine lock. So grateful that he was able to help us.
