Got me on the schedule in a reasonable timeframe, showed up when they said they would and fixed the problem. Can't speak on the price as this was my first time using an hvac service so I don't know what the going rates are.

I own 4 houses in Northwest Arkansas and use H.And k heating and air for all of them for my needs. They're quick to get in there.They're not charging me an arm and leg. And because I can't be at each location.When they're there very good on keeping me up to date.

Great first time experience. Staff kept me informed of the techs arrival and sent along a photo so I knew who to expect. Tech was pleasant and knowledgable and did not try and upsell me. Will use H&K again.
